3. Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Most items can be returned within 21 days of purchase, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, simply contact our support team with your order details, or submit a return request through your orders in account. Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back.
Please note: The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
